International Conference Registration Protocols

1. Eligibility Criteria

Participation is open to academicians, industry professionals, researchers, students, and enthusiasts from across the globe. Kindly ensure your credentials are aligned with the conference’s theme or subject area.

2. Registration Procedure

  • Step 1: Visit the official conference portal.
  • Step 2: Fill in the online registration form with accurate personal and professional information.
  • Step 3: Select your category (e.g., presenter, attendee, student, etc.).
  • Step 4: Choose your preferred payment method and finalize the transaction.
  • Step 5: You’ll receive a confirmation email with your registration ID and further instructions.

3. Categories & Fee Structure

The registration fees vary based on participation type:

  • General Delegates
  • Oral Paper Presenters
  • Poster Paper Presenters
  • Students & Early-Career Researchers
  • Virtual Presenters
  • E-Posters

Early bird discounts may be available for timely registrations. Refer to the fee chart on the website for exact figures.

4. Payment Methods

We accept a variety of secure payment gateways:

  • International credit/debit cards
  • Bank transfers (SWIFT code provided upon request)
  • Digital payment platforms (where available)

Ensure all payments are made in the designated currency. Transaction receipts must be retained for verification.

5. Important Dates

  • Group Discounts available before: August 15, 2025
  • Final Registration Cut-off: March 23-26, 2026
  • Conference Dates: March 23-26, 2026

Late registrations may not be guaranteed full access to all sessions or conference materials.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations requested 90 days before the event may qualify for 50% refunds.
  • Cancellations requested 60-90 days before the event may qualify for 25% refunds.
  • Requests made less than 30 days before the event will not be refunded.
